These are totally cute, must have accessories! The head bands and flowers come in every color available with the "toppings" hats and flowers. Each head band is $12 and comes with a bling button and one interchangeable double layer flower (as shown). Extra flower options for the head band are a large double layer flower ($3), or the single layer flower as shown with the hats ($1). You can also use the double layer flowers on the hats as well.
